Public inquiry data should be handled with restraint.

This notice describes how LionServe AI, LLC handles information collected through the public LionServe AI website. Engagement-specific confidentiality, security, procurement, and data-handling obligations require separate written terms and authorized channels.

This page is a public website notice for diligence visibility. It is not a master services agreement, security addendum, procurement vehicle, or legal opinion. Commercial/legal review remains required before any engagement-specific commitment.

The public site is for routing, education, and fit review.

Public channels are not approved channels for regulated or sensitive operational material. Send only the information needed to route an inquiry.

Information you provide

LionServe may receive contact details, organizational information, descriptions of operational problems and desired outcomes, role and decision-readiness information, and other information submitted through public forms, email, phone, or direct contact routes.

Founding Cohort application data

Founding Cohort applications may include industry and organization size, operating locations, departments and impact areas, current software or industrial systems, product or vendor names, deployment model, high-level API and MCP availability, other connection methods, documentation availability, security and data-access readiness, likely data sensitivity, participation timing, and separate consent choices for application contact and optional LionServe updates.

Automatically collected technical data

The public site or its infrastructure may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, referrers, logs, security events, and cookie or similar identifiers when configured for production operation.

Cookies and analytics

LionServe may use necessary cookies, hosting logs, security tooling, and privacy-respecting analytics to operate, secure, measure, and improve the public website. The public site is not designed for cross-site behavioral advertising.

How information is used

Information sent through the site is used to evaluate fit, compare Founding Cohort candidates, contact applicants, route federal or enterprise conversations, maintain website security, operate the public site, and preserve an auditable record of submitted inquiries and review decisions.

Agent-assisted review

LionServe may use an AI-assisted review file to compare applications against founder-defined criteria. That minimized file excludes direct contact name, email, phone, IP address, user agent, and founder notes. Agent output is retained as a recommendation with its criteria version and rationale; it does not automatically select or reject an applicant.

Email choices

LionServe may contact an applicant as needed to review, qualify, interview, or decide the application when the required application-contact consent is provided. Broader LionServe product, founder, and cohort updates use a separate optional choice recorded with the application.

Sharing and service providers

LionServe may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, security, form delivery, email, analytics, communications, or business operations. LionServe may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with authorized business administration.

Security and retention

LionServe applies reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to a public website. Records may be retained for selection, follow-up, legal, security, relationship management, or operational recordkeeping. LionServe does not represent that an automated deletion schedule is currently in place; retention, deletion, and de-identification needs are evaluated case by case under applicable obligations.

Children and international visitors

The public site is intended for organizational and professional audiences, not children. International visitors should understand that public inquiry information may be processed in the United States or wherever LionServe and its service providers operate.

Do not submit regulated or controlled information through public channels.

If sensitive information is required for a future engagement, LionServe should establish the appropriate authority, channel, and data-handling posture before the information moves.
