The strongest candidates have a problem that matters, a practical way to examine the involved systems, and people who can make decisions without turning the first deployment into an uncontrolled transformation program.

A specific reliability, quality, production, maintenance, supply, audit, or cross-department problem.

System access

Named business or industrial systems with a known API, MCP, database, event, or file-based access path—or an honest unknown.

Accountable team

An operational owner, systems owner, executive sponsor, and security or risk path appropriate to the work.

Working commitment

The capacity to join interviews and reviews, test assumptions, surface contradictions, and examine evidence.
